Ordering Fioricet - Butalbital
Common Questions About Ordering Butalbital/Fioricet
1. What is the online prescription ordering process?
Ordering is straightforward and completed in a few steps:
- Complete our online medical intake form and confirm your submission via email.
- Participate in a brief Zoom appointment with a licensed physician. After the initial visit, follow-up consultations are conducted by phone every six months.
- Provide a valid, current government-issued photo ID, which can be submitted by text or email.
2. Is it legal to purchase prescriptions online?
Yes. Our company and pharmacy partners operate in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. All medical consultations are conducted by U.S.-licensed physicians practicing within the United States. Prescriptions are dispensed by licensed U.S. pharmacies that are authorized to ship medications to eligible states. All medications are from U.S. manufacturers.
3. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit and debit cards. For security and fraud prevention, payment details are collected by phone only and are never entered online. Orders are not processed until payment information is verified verbally.
This process helps protect both our patients and our business from fraudulent activity and safeguards our relationship with our merchant processor. While some websites collect card data online, often without proper encryption, we intentionally avoid that risk
5. When am I eligible for a refill?
Refills are available after a 25-day waiting period, regardless of the quantity previously dispensed. Our system limits dispensing to one specific medication per household every 25 days. Patients should consider this policy when selecting their prescription quantity.
6. How does your business communicate with patients?
Email is our primary method of communication, though phone and text support are also available.
We will only reach out regarding:
- Questions about an order
- Order status updates
- Notifications when shipping becomes available to a previously restricted state
7. Can prescription medications be returned?
Federal law prohibits the return of prescription medications. For this reason, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before submission.
Shipping Information
1. How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days. Orders are reviewed and processed within 24 hours, though provider reviews occur on weekdays only.
Once the pharmacy receives the prescription, shipping labels are typically generated within 24 hours. USPS Priority Mail delivery generally takes an additional 2–3 business days. Tracking information is emailed as soon as it becomes available.
2. Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. USPS Priority Mail 2-Day and USPS Priority Mail Express (Overnight) are available. Overnight shipping carries an additional $10 charge.
Please note:
- USPS delays are outside our control, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Standard Priority Mail requires a signature upon delivery.
- Overnight shipping does not require a signature and may be preferable if you want the package left without visiting the post office.
- Expect potential delays during holidays or severe weather.
3. Can you ship to a P.O. Box or alternate address?
No. Orders must be shipped to the physical address listed on your government-issued ID. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, temporary addresses, second homes, military bases or vacation destinations.
4. Why doesn’t USPS show my tracking number yet?
Tracking numbers are created electronically before the package is physically scanned by USPS. This indicates that shipment is pending. Tracking details may not appear for 24 hours or more, until the package is scanned into the postal system. Once you receive tracking information, the order has already been transferred to USPS.
